Restorative Pilates Class with Denise Coleman
Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30
Restorative Pilates mat classes focus on integrating the entire body using your own body weight and props promoting ease and efficiency of movement through focused and controlled exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.
Restorative Pilates will offer options for back, shoulder and other injuries. You will leave with improved posture, increased lung capacity, and strong, sculpted muscles. (All levels)
Stretch and Relax with Lorraine Nicol
Taster session on Sunday 30th September, regular classes start Wednesday 3rd October 2 – 3pm
This class is suitable for all people who have general aches and pains, are plagued with back, hip or neck problems or have restricted movement making daily chores challenging. The class is aimed to mobilize and stretch the body to improve range of movement.
Time for You with Lorraine Nicol

Do you look after an elderly person, someone unwell, or have a dependent child? Is there time for you? This class is designed to release tension and alleviate a tired body’s aches and pains whilst teaching us how to relax.
