From Thursday 8 September 9.00am – 10.00am
This is quite a challenging class in which standing and floor postures flow from one into the next in both traditional sequences (Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations) and new and interesting variations. The class builds strength, flexibility and co-ordination whilst calming and de-stressing the mind. The class ends with a brief and well-deserved guided relaxation.
Modifications and stages are offered making this class suitable for most people with some experience of yoga. However, the class is not suitable for complete beginners, pregnant women or those with current injuries or recent surgery.
