In our continuing quest to bring you all the best that yoga has to offer, changes are afoot in the Shambhala Studios timetable!!!
The ever popular Family Yoga returns with Caitlin Maskell and Jo Burns from Sunday 11 September 10am-11am.
With Liz Smith’s Wednesday morning Yin Yoga being adopted as a vital addition to the yoga skillset of many students, we have added an addtional class on a Tuesday evening 5.15pm-6.30pm.
Not to forget those who like their yoga to be a little more aerobic, Jan Chant will also be hosting a new Dynamic Yoga class for early risers on Thursday mornings from 9.00am-10.00am. As a result, the following Beginners’ Yoga class will move back to a 10.15am start.
Alison Palmby has been very busy over the last few months, adding a new Yin/Yang discipline to her already comprehensive list of teaching skills and this will be incorporated into her current Wednesday evening class from 8.00pm to 9.15pm.
She will also be teaching two special mindfulness and meditation classees each week, following on from her regular yoga classes on Wednesday evenings 9.15pm-9.45pm and Thursday mornings 11.15am-11.45am.
